Facs : Minecarts shouldn't be removed with ClearLagg

Mincarts are important bc they are the only thing that can be open in other factions claims. So, if my friends wants to live in my base, I can build a box and fill it with Minecarts. But the issue with this is that the mincers despawn with ClearLagg. If you have any other suggestions, plz tell me.

Oh. It was fixed in other server. And Faction just upgraded to 1.9. I will try to tell this to staff :)

Do you know when this might happen? I have faction members on me tail for not giving them a base.
