Allow the crossbow's Arcane Enchantment "Glacial" on bows, and allow the bow's Arcane Enchantments "Overloaded" and "Explosion" on crossbow​

Reason(s):

Giving players more ways to mix and match these enchants will open up awesome new playstyles and make combat feel way more dynamic.
Crossbows and bows will finally get the boost they need to feel like top-tier, high-tier weapons.​
