A player goes to enchant table and uses lvl 30 enchant and gets A Vanilla Enchant ex. P4 UB3 and gets a random enchant lvl/ number of enchants on the armour peice

What EzCowHd said, but another thing: at every forum thread/suggestion etc. it mostly says the format you should use, so next time you post somehing there, check if you can see the format you should use, if not, then just use a format thats understandable.
