Denied OP Factions Enable fly in Base Claims

Enable fly in Base Claims​

Detailed description:

Before 2/3 maps new change were added that disables fly in base claims we didnt get the reason for this change ​

as i remember it was because of a phase with fly or some sh*t anyway we all can agree that the isnt the right way to solve this problem as the anticheat gets "better and updated" there has to be other way to fix this, the devs can easly implement check for flyboost or whatever was used for that phase​

Reason(s)

After those change fly isnt working properly its rly annoying getting rolled back every 2secs with low ping and 20tps​

Also i wanna add that raiding is 10 times harder now for example value is placed on high y level with low y floor level(which is legal), ceggs cant fly this high and u cant do anything about it ​
