Elytra in pvp zone​

Detailed description:

We are dependent on elytra for escaping from hackers and now no elytra in pvp zone have many bad effects on lifesteal game mode people are leaving pika because his/her favorite game mode become boring just yesterday my 2 mates leave pika plzz take action on it ​

Reason(s):

--> We need pvp back in op- lifesteal.
--> people are leaving pika.
--> escaping from hackers.
--> and enjoying pvp again.​

For example:- enable elytra in pvp zone​
