Ely.by skins are not showing

Hi guys, my ely.by skins are not showing on this server especially on survival. What is going on and is there a different way to get skins on the server like /skins or /skinset command.

the server doesn't support any skin system except for the default premium minecraft one, so if it's not working call ely.by support instead of posting randoms here

It's worked before and still working for my gf's account so idk what you're talking about. Also you come off as pretty hostile, if you can't help please don't reply.

thats how i talk in the forums lowk i seek drama
but if it works on ur "gf's" account then try resetting windows or going to a new user and installing minecraft fresh.
if that doesn't help either its obviously an issue on your account
