ELO System​

Detailed description:

Adds an ELO system to keep fairness , in most pvp game modes such as bedwars and practice will have all players starting at 1000 ELO and if they win they increase in ELO and if they lose they decrease in ELO and people will automatically enter a lobby with people around your ELO unless you are in a party​

Reason(s):

To increase fairness instead of dealing with sweaty players every round​

Doesn't practice already have a elo system with their ranked modes? And bedwars has ranked bedwars which while it's not official, its basically what you describe.
