Add back """Strength II and Strength III""...""Speed II and Speed III""..."Fire Resistance II Fire Resistance III""" and other effects arrows arrows with a cooldown of 8 minutes and 6 seconds.
This would be very helpful in long PvP fights and allows players to save their Strength II effects for farming EXP by killing mobs or fighting bosses and other players.​

Reason(s):

This feature would also help players make more in-game money by selling these arrows to others.​
