Editing Competition Event​

Detailed description:

My suggestion is to introduce an editing competition for the community. Players would be given time to create a PikaNetwork-themed edit—this can be based on any gamemode or even something global. After the submission period, players send their edits to the event manager, who then posts all entries in the event channel.

A reaction system (1–10) can be added so the community can rate each edit, and the edit with the highest rating wins.​

Reason(s):

Edits are a big trend right now, and many players already enjoy making them. Adding this event would bring something fresh, creative, and engaging to the network while giving players another way to participate besides gameplay-focused events.​

Example(s):

PvP highlight edits, cinematic clips, BedWars/SkyBlock edits, or general server edits.

The voting method can be decided by dev team or could be decided by team-event team

agree on the suggestion
but i don't think its getting accepted since this server likes events that aren't on past experience so "new players can have a chance against older players" -pika.network.logic

new players can also make an edit on the server like all gamemodes edit and also pvp montages edits

I would say that this competition would be highly subjective; the video creator would obviously try to advertise their edit to make more people vote for it.
Another one is that it should be limited to a specific theme or a specific type of edit. Having a trailer like edit compared to a PvP montage does not seem to be easily comparable, and there is no objective judgment comparatively.
