Echest reset for me and my friend

So me and my friend (COYS420) have just started this factions server and we had saved a bunch of loot and literally 10 mins ago our loot in our echests have reset, my friend only has one vault so he lost everything from that and i have 4 vs and lost everything from the 2nd one, not sure where else to put this but yeh, help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
