Pika Network Problems :
- New Good Anti-Cheat.
- Network needs to be upgraded.
- Pika Needs More Developers.

- New Good Anti-Cheat :
Pika is suffering a lot of problems with all anti-cheats that been added to the server. Owners and developers need to spend money on a good anti-cheat so this problem will solve forever and people will enjoy playing here more because this anti-cheat is making the game worst for them. 1. Anti Gaming Chair ( i recommend it )

- Network needs to be upgraded :
you guys need to develop the network and add more ram and storage to it. Tps is always getting down, we have too much lag especially for op faction players. It's the worst thing that could happen to you when you are raiding or fighting the server just gonna kick you out. so, please again it's fine to invest more money on the server to make it a better place for players so they worth paying money for ranks.

I can't really do much here. it's completely up to you guys you already know what network you have and I'm sure you guys know how to make it better.
- Pika Needs More Developers:
seriously pika owners need to recruit more developers. it's very difficult for our developer @JustThiemo to handle everything alone. pika is a big network and has multi servers. every bug need to be fixed in time rest of the servers need to be In time no delay no late and a lot of things must be in time. so I don't think that one developer will handle all of this alone to make sure that he be on time every time.

again it's up to you guys you know how to recruit developers.
- Paying attention To faction server :
everyone will love to play on faction if it gets updated. a lot of people having ranks there and they waste money on that server. now it's over 9 months and nothing happen on faction.
like it's time to take a look at the faction and start getting a suggestion from people about it. we have a lot of good memories there and we would love to play there again.
solutions :
I think if you bring the old pika faction style and you guys should be more creative on it. people will really love that because people have nostalgia for the old pika even some ogs members trying to make new servers that have the old pika style and this will make pika lose members. So, please pay more attention to that server.
- Renewing and changing Staff rules to avoid any type of abuse :
pika network staff rules need to be renewed and changed to avoid abuse on the server. in the history of pika, a lot of players get abused multiple times by staff members that don't deserve to be in that spot. but there is nothing they can do. staff is covered and it's hard to get proof of abuse to play counter them with it.
solutions :
Some of the things that really should be changed on the staff rules :
-Joining Factions with the main staff account must be unallowed to avoid any type of abuse and to make the staff rank something that is just made to use to pay justice in the server.
-Staff who did the punishment must not answer the ban or mute appeal that members will make in the forums. and just let other staff deal with it to just make sure that both sides aren't wrong and make it fairer to players and staff.
-when staff is being reported by members admins should talk to the members and hear the whole story before they take any decision.
-Privet report dms or forums msgs must be unallowed for the staff team. they told me they started doing it but I'm just telling you guys to make sure to avoid any type of blackmailing or any attempt to buy the will of the staff member.
-Managers should control the admin's behave so they don't get into the ego thing so when they act they gonna act fairly and politely to the members.
- Pika needs to recruit Builders and start building our own maps.
a lot of people in the community of Minecraft are making fun of pika cause of this problem. pika is like stealing maps or let's say they use other people's maps in the server, and that's really making the server looks bad and the quality of it is terrible so I suggest you guys recruit builders and start building your own maps. so you make sure that the pika network has the unique print in the Minecraft community so it makes more success to the network.

there is a lot of good builders you can create an appeal section on forums so people can post their application and you guys can choose who you gonna accept and who you gonna denied.
- Pika needs more events:
as I see pika network has so many staff and I think they are enough to make weekly events even daily events on each server. so you make the members more active and at the same time you build up the community together and make it stronger and people start thinking that the network is really caring about them.

tons of types of events up there on the internet you can guys search for it and give it some time from your time and choose some events and try to develop them and make them more creative.
- Adding new game modes to the server :
it's been a long time since pika added a new game mode to the network. I think its time to start looking at new game modes with the statics of time playing on other servers and choose the best and put them on pika.

- Create a new staff report section on forums :
as I see there is no section on forums that people can use to report staff members on it. this section really must be added and only watched by the owners and manager to help people to tell and report what happened to them and to make less pressure on the manager's neck.
solutions :
just make it the same as the normal report section but with changing some details on it and make sure it's only watched by the owners and manager.
- Allowed people to Change their forums name without requesting the name change:
for a long time changing the name on forums is something difficult. people don't have the access to change their own name and that's don't really make sense people should feel free to change their name whenever they want.
solutions :
just change the name change from requested thing to full access thing to members.
conclusion: I have written the whole of this just because I really care about this network and I really love it. and I want this place to be a better place for everyone. pika is part of our lives and we need to make sure that this part is safe and fine all the time. so I'll be happy if @Max,@voodootje0, @MrFrenco, and @JustThiemo take a look at my view point and take it seriously just for the benefits of all ♥
