Don't Have Paypal but want to buy a Rank

Well, the title mostly says it... I'd like to buy a rank so I can have more shops and stuff... but I don't have Paypal. Is there another way I can pay for and get a rank?
Also... where can I find out what perks the different ranks come with?

Yes, you can buy a rank with other payment methods, they're all listed in the checkout.

The options I see are Paypal or something called Mollie... don't have either of those, so I guess I'm out of luck

I have a debit with more than enough money... but I did not see that as a possible option at the checkout.

Tried it... filled out all the info to pay as guest through paypal and then at the end it keeps kicking me back to the checkout screen. Perhaps I am not meant to have a rank

No, PayPal and Mollie are the only ways you can buy a rank as of now.
