Don't ban people for advertising, mute them instead.​

Detailed description:

This should be in all game modes. Advertising should be a simple mute, a mute would fix it completely but banning does not make any sense. Muting allows the player to keep playing the game normally, and they wont be able to advertise so boom just muting is so much better​

Reason(s):

It's just dumb how you get banned for advertising.​

Example(s):

If a player advertises, mute them for the amount of time they should be, instead of banning them.​

I’d think the server bans people over a mute due to how spamming works and the impact of bans.

When you get banned, it makes much more of an impact and reminds you more to not do whatever you did. Muting is more light, and it doesn’t feel as important as a ban, which can make for a repeated case.
There’s also the issue with Spammers, and since pika IP-bans people, you can see less of them when they get banned rather than a mute.

Secondly, its not even a perm ban, ig its 90 days and if the player still advertising after that, then that player is dumb af

Well I do think 90 days is a bit too much but it is what it is
Just rethink your life choices during those 90 days

First of all, not everyone reads the rules therefore not knowing advertising is against the rules and second of all if they keep advertising there still not dumb lmao and muting for 90 days is still better then banning, also i guess you can get banned for advertising but when someone is straight up hacking flying around they dont get banned
