hi guys i need a help about my rank...i donated in the server...and then i play in pika-network and i type and i see my rank its still Champion why didnt i Donator? pls help me

Make a support-ticket in which you talk about having donated for a rank which hasn't been received yet.
Maybe some screenshot of a payment would help. Or they could look into the Buycraft-database, whatever.
Just make sure to write down your story & things that can help staff to understand your story and some smexy ass proof of you having donated for a rank.
