Hello, I just came back to minecraft after a long time, and I see that there has been a reset, however, I lost my rank aswell. I did not donate for the rank, I won the rank in a giveaway. (At a dropparty with throwing books.). It was the god rank. Is there any chance I can retrieve my rank?
I also have some sort of proof, I have a screenshot where I was flying, on the server, which was/is possible for the God rank. Also a good thing to note, is that I changed my MC name. My old name was vincenthout. I also have a player that can confirm I was the god rank, but I don't know if he still plays on Pikacraft, his name was SpleezPvP. Thank you in advance.
