Do i get banned or no

I have a question. A guy in pika classic skyblock wanted me to invite him in my island, i invited him, after that he asked me where are the spawners, so he can place some spawners, i didnt made him place them, he wanted to place them, after that, 2-3 days passed and he wants his spawners back, he saying if I dont give them back he will report me and get me banned. Can i get ban for not giving them back? After all, he placed them on his own mind, I didnt made him place the spawners.
