Discord punishments visible​

Detailed description:

Hi, so what i suggest is to turn discord punishments visible to everyone. Just make it how it was before.
Ill put my reasons below​

Reason(s):

The reasons are to basicly prevent from getting too many "duplication" reports, theres not really any public shaming or something in the community and if there is theres not much, getting bullied for being punished for something is really rare, just how the ingame punishments are public, theres rarerly any public shaming.
So mainly my reason is to prevent from getting too many duplciation reports, since we cant know if the person got punished since we cant check his punishment history.​

However, we have eventually decided to deny your suggestion due to the following reason(s):

• Public shaming would be a much bigger issue if everyone could see all punishments.
• Duplicated reports are not an issue since they do not affect accept rate for Great Reporter and it does not take staff much time to deal with them.
