Disconnected from OPlifesteal

Hi. I was playing on pika network OPlifesteal and I was engaged in combat when I got disconnected due to an "Internal Connection Issue". I had a Fully Maxed Dune Set, Tons of totems and a max sword and So much more. As I was engaged in combat I was killed and lost my loot. Below I have attached the screenshot of the message I recieved. Would much appreaciate any help in contacting staff and resolving this.

It is most likely your network problem but if u think it is server problem u can make support ticket
i dont think u gonna get your stuff back cz u cant prove it

Thanks for letting me know.....tbh this is not the first time and my internet if pretty stable....Nonetheless I dont think I am going to raise a ticket
