disable tpa in pvp​

Detailed description:

tpa is enabled in pvp arena some player tell us to tpa to us we will give you free money then when we tpa they kill us and take our stuff.​

I actually think it's more like a bug tbh, so you should also write that in the bug reports section ig: https://pika-network.net/forums/bug_reports/
By the way, doing that is counted as tpkilling (aka Illegal trapping methods), so if you encountered them, make sure to record and report them
Side note: This bug also happened in survival too, they should fix it ig (Or it might be a feature, who know....)
