Disable Rockets in Survival Spawn.​

Detailed description:

Disable the use of firework rockets with crossbow in Survival spawn. This can be very helpful to reduce lag.​

Reason(s):

People have been using firework rockets with firework stars to lag the spawn near pvp area. Even many nobles do this to lag the server. Using crossbow with firework rockets must be disabled to keep the server clean from lag. People in combat are losing their stuff due to these rocket lag, they get kicked and dies.​

i am not a practice pvp player but i am pretty sure there is a settings to disabble these effects. atleast there is one for minigames
