Suggestion:
Disable /pweather command in spawn

Detailed description:
Over the last few weeks I have seen many people using tridents with the riptide enchants with the command (/pweather - storm) to fly around the PvP zone, which I heard were completely legal unless used to move outside the PvP zone. This can enable the players to just spam the trident and waiting for their combat log/tag to run out.

Reason(s):
However this (/pweather - storm) command is only applied to people who have Alchemist or higher ranks within survival which in my opinion makes it unfair for members who have lower ranks than alchemist. I want to also say that flying around in the PvP zone defeats the whole purpose of PvP as it makes it easier to escape if you just spam the trident, waiting for the combat log/tag to expire. This will reduce the enjoyment within the PvP in Survival which can also reduce the players within the Survival community. There will also be risk of people accidently flying out of the PvP zone causing them to get banned.

Example(s):
I think in my opinion the pweather command should be disabled in spawn

Now hear me out. Wind charges got disabled in PvP because people used them to escape from PvP. Now, you guys don't want MACE, wind charges, or tridents in PvP, then it's not competitive at all. I would suggest the Pika devs make the PvP arena like op lifesteal and KitPvP. Once you enter the PvP zone and enter the combat, you cannot escape PvP, and barrier walls stop you from escaping. Like when I used to PvP, I also used Riptide tridents there, not to exploit but to use them fairly. While fighting the enemies, tridents are helpful to catch them when they run and go far away from us. Secondly, it can be used to travel from one location to another very easily. Thirdly, as in this PvP zone, you see a giant hole which goes deep down at the center, and once you fall into it in the middle of the fight, it's very hard to come up on the surface, so in that scenario, I used trident to come on the surface directly which is FAIR and not exploit. I used Riptide Tridents multiple times in PvP, and I believe if you use them correctly and fairly, then it's not wrong. But if you use them to either exploit or cheat, then it should be banable. I would suggest making the PvP zone like KitPvP and lifesteals so that once you enter the PvP zone and are in combat, you cannot escape until the combat timer runs out. And also /pweather is a perk for Alchemist + ranked players, removing a perk will nerf the rank. So I don't think removing any perk from any rank would make sense.

Thank You
Sincerely,

Hello PikaNetwork,

I am here just to put my own thoughts around this poll.

I understand about the Tridents, Windcharges and Maces being disabled and already two of them are disabled but understanding that they could relook for next season on a PvP zone that has no way of exiting the pvp with invisible blocks which stops them but make it so we are not just stuck with sword, axes and bows. That is not how PvP has turned into in this Modern Day of Minecraft and with newer weapons like Maces and Windcharges, it would make sense to have a new PvP zone for that next season. For now I do agree with them being disabled for this season but next season on how the PvP zone should go could have abit more tweak and maybe a bigger zone for stuff on new pvp! Even if it has to come to it, make two different PvP zones for these combats so one of them will be how it is now in this Season but the Next Season have a Second One for anyone who would like to do Maces, Windcharges and Trident combat too.

Also why at it, the fly feature from Ranks or the Voucher should come back to spawn. It does not make sense that it can only be used on the Survival World but never at spawn when it fairs with us /fly enabled players should be able to fly in spawn without having it disabled just as a suggestion.

Thanks for reading,

I dont agree with this, ranks are meant to give people an advantage and there are rules against warping directly with tridents but it isnt something new that you could use a trident in pvp to either chase someone or get some ground if you are being chased. Also with the speed 5 that is available from the fighter pet using a trident is a cheaper alternative to get basically the same result

Ranks are meant to give perks, and rules already stop trident warping abuse. Tridents in PvP aren’t new—they’re just a fun way to chase or escape. With Fighter pets giving Speed 5, tridents are simply a cheaper way to get similar speed.
