Disable offsite Links​

Detailed description:

Alright, so Pika has a huge problem on the forums and that is people typing links for dating websites and content thats not appropriate.

So, the suggestion is to disable links that are not from PikaNetwork or imgur or youtube or LC images and all those OR make it so only people with their forums account linked can send offsite links​

Reason(s):

Alright, there are way too many of those weird people saying random stuff, its also not appropriate.

Honestly, I don't think disabling the links directly is a good idea. It would be wiser to have a better anti-spam feature on the forum to filter out all of these forbidden links.

I guess that kind of would be better.

Mostly these accounts are people who got ratted.
