disable elytra

So i have been playing op lifesteal and elytra are very weird to have it during combat cause most fights just end with someone beating them bad then them flying away it's really annoying so you can't even kill people and once everyone has a elytra your just not going to kill anyone ever in pvp i think you guys should turn it off like you guys did last season.
