Disable Commands for Muted Players​

Detailed description:

The commands "/eafk" and "/afk" (and maybe /nick + /nickname + /pay too) should be disabled for all players who are banned. ex. if someone who is muted tries to type /afk, it will say "(!) You can not do this while muted!"​

Reason(s):

Players spam /eafk and /afk when they are muted while using /nickname to chat in public (Sometimes /nickname + /pay to message other players). It is very annoying for players and it is hard to /realname to report them because they keep changing their nick. Disabling some commands would prevent this type of thing from happening.

/pay might be something a muted player would need to use, so that command may be fine to keep enabled as long as /nick and /nickname is disabled.​

Example(s):

If someone types /eafk, /afk, /nick, /nickname or /pay, it will send a message in chat: "(!) You can not do this while muted!"​

This really shouln't be added. Some commands may be lethal for players to use (and being muted should not mean you can't properly play a gamemode). Spamming commands is a rule too, so if the same person spams a command too much for the purpose of flooding the chat, it's punishable.

The problem is, we can never /realname command spammers because they keep changing their nickname. At the very least, /nickname should be disabled for muted players as this doesn't affect their gameplay very much. (/eafk should also have a 1 minute cooldown like /afk does.)

jst remove /eafk whts the point of it even when we have /afk +1
