Disable chunk booster while enemy nearby​

Detailed description:

While raiding someone they often chunk booster their base, which destroys the loot and the spawners that u hoped to raid them for, i suggest that this should be disabled to make the expirence for raiding more fun and enjoyable.​

Reason(s):

After making cannons and getting ready, someone chunk boosting their base is painfull for both the members and the cannoners, the loot u hoped to get is now gone.​
