Disable announcements for getting tags from crates​

Detailed description:

While players are opening crates they often get tags, which floods the chat with announcements and sounds and it's rather annoying, I suggest that this should be disabled.​

Reason(s):

Tags are common to get and aren't something special, making announcements for them is unnecessary.​

Ok this could a optional setting that has to be disabled not a default feature

-1 i dont think they should be disabled completely, maybe in profile>lobby settings there could be a option for this, but other thank that its unnecessary
