Bro I am pretty sure they don't give items or currency back which you don't get because of bug.

Happened to me more than 4 times and all the time i reported you can't do anything else.

Guys, you can try creating tickets and contacting staffs for this issue, maybe you will get this sorted out

i think it would be because your iron that u claimed 1st would be expired . the iron expires 14 days after u claim it

Im not sure how this happend, if you have evidence of it happening maybe you could create a ticket and let staff help you

Just make a bug report if you got video or sth, the staff most likely wont give the iron back to you
