Didnt get my Gold (1000)

i just bought 1000 pikagold to get vip rank, and it still hasnt gone to my character. IGN Shrugithy. can show proof of purchase.

Make a ticket here: https://pika-network.net/forums/payment-related.171/ if you indeed did not receive the gold as intended.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes until items are received in game. And for proof of purchase, you should have received an email with "checkout" from Pika containing: transaction ID and products. You can open a ticket on payment support
