Didnt get my Gold (1000)

i just bought 1000 pikagold to get vip rank, and it still hasnt gone to my character. IGN Shrugithy. can show proof of purchase.

Sometimes it takes a few minutes until items are received in game. And for proof of purchase, you should have received an email with "checkout" from Pika containing: transaction ID and products. You can open a ticket on payment support

Payment tickets are only reviewed by the owners, therefore it takes a longer amount of time compared to normal tickets. Make sure you have provided the Tebex ID for the order in the payment ticket for the process to go faster.
