Ender pearls get a 10 second cooldown before usage​

Detailed description:

I have played more than 11,000 skywars game and what I have seen frequently is, the abusage of the enderman kit, people can rush their side islands instantly, with a diamond sword for easy kills, and there is almost nothing that an unsuspecting player could do to stop it​

Reason(s):

reasons:
-it ruins the game for newer players who aren't experienced with skywars, and I feel that it would persuade them to not play skywars that much.
-it is annoying to some veterans as well, as even they let their guard down at times.
-a 10 second cooldown would be more than enough to everyone to be ready for battle, and the ender pearl could actually be used fairly​

Thanks, it's just that I think of pearls as insurance, since you can esc an intense situation so easily, but the cooldown is something that needs to be implemented, since most people who use enderman kit abuse the no cooldown, and that isn't so pogchamp.
