Custom CE enchant for elytra
Detailed description:
Currently, we have many custom enchants (CEs) for sword, chestplate, helmet, leggings, boots, and even shields — but there are no unique enchants for Elytra. Since Elytra is an important item in OP Lifesteal for PvP, escaping, and exploration, adding a dedicated enchant would make gameplay more balanced and fun.
Example enchant idea:
Winged Blessing
Gives a 7% chance to activate Regeneration III when the player is wearing an Elytra.
Effect can last 5–7 seconds.
Cooldown: 1 minute-2 minutrs (to prevent abuse).
Why this is useful:
1. Many times, players face glitches with Elytra where they fail to launch or get stuck while flying. This enchant gives them a survival chance instead of instant death.
2. It encourages more people to use Elytra instead of only chestplates, adding variety to PvP and strategy.
3. Helps in both PvP and PvE, especially during boss fights or large events.
4. Adds new value to Elytra, making it not just for mobility but also for combat support.
5. Opens up space for more Elytra-based enchants in the future (like speed boost, extra durability, or small lifesteal on hit while flying).
