Here is a new forum game for us all.
I want to summon all the brainy peeps out there to help me solve this crime scene.

Anyone can try to answer but here is the only rule:

Woman at the bottom left of the pool. There is a mark on the tray indicating there was another glass and the only other glass there is in her hand.

Backing up Imran's answer:
There are yellow slippers absent of use resting aside the table where the tray with the cup mark rest on, yellow in-which the woman in the yellow bikini over possession of a cup is present in the pool. izi.

By the way, there is another cup in the crime scene but forget it. They're innocent.
