Community Maps​

Detailed description:

Allow players to submit community maps for both gamemodes. You could make a forum post outlining the requirements and so on. This could give some credit to the community, add some engagement, get rewards for members and make developer's lives easier.

This has been done before, to my knowledge it was successful. ​

Reason(s):

Developers do not have to put so much time and effort into building and rather into new features/maps for other game modes.​

Example(s):

If you know how the old system worked then you could upload your own or just suggest map ideas.


You could also have a voting system, where there is a big voting post every once in a while with favorites and people get to vote which one/s they like the most and those get added. This could be kind of like the mojang mob votes?​
