Command Errors on Pika

Hey doe's anyone know what happened to the /friend command. It isn't working and I don't like it. I know spigot coding so if I was the developer I would've fixed this.

Yea they need to. But anyways I think pika is doomed because of vape cheaters. I always die to them and they are getting in my nerves. Speaking of which does pika have a anti cheat bot because some other team without armor flew around me and when i atacked it i got banned.
