Combine Swiftness I -> Swiftness II on armour
Detailed description:
Give players the ability to combine swiftness I gear to make swiftness II gear, and even better, combine swiftness II gear to make swiftness III gear.
When you try to combine two Swiftness I armour piece, of the same (helmet combined with helmet, both is swiftness I) it gives you a prompt that ""(!) You cannot upgrade the Swiftness enchantment to a higher level." when this isn't the case, as you can get Swiftness II armour as well as Swiftness III armour (only works when you wear it as a set).

Reason(s):
Big Brain. 300 IQ... I want this idea to be implemented because it just makes sense just like how you can combine 2 swords, sharpness III to make you sharpness IV for example.
