Sometimes, it doesnt always mean client ban. Did you use auto clicker?

Client modification is just the general "rule" that the anti-cheat picks you up for. It could be the reason that he is too lagy to false flag sth, or he is just not legit like Ka, Ac, Scaffold etc.
