ChunkLoader block for OpFactions​

Detailed description:

Item, on Minecadia it is a Beacon that you place, and it loads the chunk while recharged with money, while "Recharged", for a certain time, few hours, it loads the chunk and there is no need for an alt being placed there for mobs to drop, it detects the chunk as loaded and mobs drop automatically, when it runs out of time it stops spawning them, then you recharge it again etc.​

Reason(s):

It will reduce the need for players to need to have all members of faction log 5 max alts on server in order to cover their farm of mobs, by doing this it should release a bit of stress from the server but also the players' pc's cause they will not need so many alts placed around in the base.​

Example(s):

Minecadia uses them i think, there is an example how it works, but I'm pretty sure that I explained it okay already.​
