remove cooldowns
make it faster to dig​

Reason(s):

making it faster to build 1stackers in y1 and trench the whole base​

the speed is ok but the cooldown is just pointless since u need to wait 5sec to start and to start another u need the chunkbuster u placed before to finish busting+make em to remove from 256 not from 255 because if there is water for example ontop of counter cannon u chunk bust to rebuild and the 256 water updates and its big mess.

+1 You need to chunkbust 20x20 just for walls and 10x10 for base. If we calculate it, you'll waste up to 1 hour and 3 minutes or more just for the buffer walls and 8 minutes for the base. I actually calculated it idk why.. This suggestion would be helpful
