Christmas lootboxes not giving items

i just bought 5x christmas lootbox for 3325 gold, i open 2, first 1 gave only 15x pet box, and a netherite set but i did not get it, second one a sword and a netherite set, did not receive them. i kept 3 in my pv and i want them gone, i want my gold back nothing else. so for people planning on buying xmas lootboxes dont, they are glitched out, they give u nothing and u will lose all your gold bought with real money. pika FIX your server for ONCE please.

It looks like the bug so please make a bug report HERE.

Unfortunately,as you know you aint getting your items back but there is a chance to get your gold back.

But you have the video of buying and opening lootcrates of you have so upload while making a bug report and you still not get your gold.

Then, create a support ticket from HERE.
