Right now, no one tries to win the chat game events, they just ignore it (including the easy ones).
my suggestion is a point based leaderboard, with a leaderboard along with the others in your mine, proudly displaying your wins.
a small reward of 10 gold for top 1, 7 gold for 2nd and 5 gold for third place, to liven up the chat. this could be a weekly, or even bi-weekly reward.
to avoid people cheating, the big math pop questions should be removed, instead focusing on low value numbers, and fixing up of mis-worded questions (according to the questions, wardens drop echo shards and phantoms drop feathers)
they should also add several hundreds questions, easily generated by chat-gpt and verified by anyone with a few hours of gameplay, which will avoid a repeat and memorization of questions and their answers
a further balance change could be to remove the chat game starter from the coin shop, preventing players from gaining an unfair advantage
chat game boxes should also be buffed very slightly, just because their rewards do not give anything or much use to players.
