changing bug report forums​

Detailed description:

current system is we report bug it goes through some process and then either gets fixed or "invalid" mostly cuz of duplicate reports. Now the problem is some huge bugs can be expierenced by 100s of players leading to many bug report on same bug. so i am suggesting to open bug report so the community can see what bugs has been reported but without permission to reply to them. this would reduce the number of reported bugs by a big margin. players can also also know bugs in advence before expierencing it and can somewhat avoid some bugs that can be avoidable.

edit: "security tag" could be use to hide a bug report in the cases of securty threats in cases such as dupes. these threads can only be used when a bug threats the server security and if not used when needed could get severe punishment. ​

Reason(s):

the duplicate reports will be reduced by huge margins and can have many other benefits like playings knowing in advance not to waste time on some things that are bugged. for example when the exp flip was bugged in opsb before i wasted millions of exp before knowing the bug which could have been avoided if i knew it in advance as i heard later players saying they have already reported it before.​

players can use "security tag" which basically hides the report if there is certain security threats releted with bugs. u may still say that a person could just ignore this tag but that could happen in any other place too players can make a video on it players can make threads explaining somewhere like that vote abuse glitch someone made a thread on it explaining the bug there are countless way to reveal it and if someone wanted to they would have done it anyways. there could be a rule to use this tag only if it can has security threats and if not used in these types of bugs could lead to a punishment.

Or a staff can make the abusable reports locked but the players can see only the title which is like "duplication bug"
