Changes for PvP​

Detailed description:

1. PvP has its own world, similar to survival's resource world. In this world, obsidian and end crystal placement should be possible. Enabling crystal PvP allows players to experience new facets of PvP and have more fun.
2. There should be a separate PvP chat that isn't mixed with normal chat so that those who aren't in the PvP world don't read the PvP chat and vice versa.

(Note :- Using end crystal should remain disabled in other worlds to avoid warp killing)​

Reason(s):

These changes will will effect the server in the ways mentioned below :-

1. People have been leaving Pika recently due to the ruckus caused by PvP players crowding the conversations while fighting and yelling about losing or whatever else, which is extremely aggravating for other players who aren't interested in PvP, and it may also entice old players to return.
2. Because there are so many individuals in the PvP arena, the spawn is lagging; by applying this, the lag in SPAWN will be reduced.
3. It will also help to balance the conversation and create a better environment for everyone.
4. Because of these modifications, new individuals may be attracted to PvP or survival in Pika.

it will reduce lot of ppl if cpvp is enable because of you cant spam crystal in high ping which will make most asian quit or other regions as well
but i agree with separate world and separate chat

+1 Imo it would be better to separate the crystal pvp area from the regular pvp area because not all the players want/like to pvp with crystals.
