Change the name to bugg-network

The is full of buggs now and none of them are getting fixed either. they just deny bug reports and dont fix it (there is still a bug in skymine thats been there since last 3-4 reast even i reported it 3-4 times every time it get denied and they dont give a correct reason for denial so can re report by fixng my mistake)
so i think the server name shall be changed to buggnetwork or something. who all agree with me

I also got a bug in skymines that has not been fixed from 2 ssns don't be frustrated.
