Change player level #68 / up slime spawn rates

Level 68 requires 15.000 slime kills which is pretty much impossible right now.

Reasons being:
- Natural rarity of slimes, this includes slime chunks and swamps.
- Reduced mob spawn rate across all world.

Currently, 99% of the in-game slimeballs were farmed in the first week when the spawn rates were still high/unchanged.
If you briefly ask around you'll quickly realize barely anybody even has a single slime kill to their name.

To put the rarity of slimes into perspective, I've afk'd for 48 IRL hour on 4 alts, near swamps and slime chunks.
The result was 1 single slime. with some quick maths, this would mean you'd have to actively play for 20 years consecutively.

I think I've made a valid point.

Spawn rates need to increase to what they were at the release. There was no lag when lots of mobs spawned so I have no clue why it is being limited now. I totally agree the player levels that require killing mobs are way too difficult with these rates.

i completly agree with this i found a huge swamp biome with a village and i was there for 2 days but i found 1 slime
