Change Negative Ratings

Suggestion:
Change it so that although there is negative ratings, do not display the amount of negative ratings under their name after each post. Possibly make it so that only negative ratings by staff show up under your name.

Reason:
Because someone had loads of negative ratings, it's just going to cause hate for the person. There is also not a limit to how many negative ratings someone can vote for each person a day, which means a lot of people would just dislike every post that someone does. @Kingcobra52

Personally think this a good idea for practically the same reasons.
I'm pretty sure things are already in motion to have this changed.

Maybe you could add a system when you dislike you can't dislike another person comment for a certain amount of time.This could stop people spamming negative ratings.
