Personally, I would just leave it so you and the Moderator can deal with the situation.

one of my friends got frozen and was told he wasnt allowed to record during the ss
even if its not allowed, you should still record the entire screenshare in case the staff member messes up and bans you wrongfully or bans you out of pure abuse
recording software can easily be hidden whilst being screenshared
