/c tp command should not work when the player is in pvp arena​

Detailed description:

i think that /c tp <player> command should NOT work when the player is in pvp arena. It means when a player is in a clan, so we gain access to the /c tp command. but sometimes, if the player is in pvp, and we are not prepared for pvp, and we unknowingly /c tp him/her and hence get killed. This should not happen when the player in fighting in the pvp arena.​

Reason(s):

--->Suppose we are too stacked with all our rich stuff in inventory and we have elytra on with protecton V armor and stuff and we /c tp to a player. We get killed and lose all our stuff. This may also happen with banknotes what if e have 10M banknote with us and we c tp ;-; not going to happen but..

--->It will help us from getting killed by accident.​

He means to say that we can escape dying by teleporting out of arena. But you idea is good but you didn't present it properly. You should ask to disable /tpa requests while someone is in pvp. Many stacked players send tp request to other people and then kill them from behind.
