Buying /Commands​

Detailed description:

Readding the commands on store, an old feature which should be added back.
Basically it's just about buying perks and not the rank. You know, a cool name tag might be cool but some people don't want it. They might just want the perk of the rank and not the "[Rank]"​

Reason(s):

Well, in stead of buying a rank. You could just buy the good perks, save money!​

Players are buying ranks 90% because of fly and fix, with buying the commands the ranks will be a waste.

It's just the perk itself, people who can't afford the whole rank should need them.
