BuyCraft Scam​

Detailed description:

Add a new rule called "Buycraft Scam." Currently, the rule for scamming has 3 offences: 1-month ban, then 3 months, and then a permanent ban. But if someone scams top ranks, Pika Gold, gift cards, or high-value items, they only get a 30-day ban and then enjoy the stolen items afterward. My suggestion is to add a rule where anyone who scams Pika Gold or items equal to its value, like gkits or ranks, gets permanently banned right away​

Reason(s):

If a player scams gold or a rank, they only get a 30-day ban, but after that, they get to keep the rank or gold forever. That’s really unfair.​

Example(s):

Anyone who scams Pika Gold, items like gkits, rank vouchers, or any Buycraft-related thing should get a permanent ban.​

Even though scamming is a serious topic, I also believe the punishment should be more harsh or at least take away the ranks scammed from the rule breakers. They ideal punishment if you want my opinion should be a 3-months ban into a permanent ban on second offence.

Scamming rule already covers all type of scamming including scam related to pika gold. The rule was pretty light earlier (when it was used to be a 7 day ban) but after the rule change I believe it is pretty balanced. I understand the condition how annoying it is to get scammed but players should also be aware of scams and use a middleman when dealing with golds. Moreover , I don't believe there is a need of another rule.

What do you mean staff can't be middlemen anymore? If some random person says they'll be a middleman how can we trust they won't scam? And what if I pick my own middleman, like you, but the trader refuses and says "I don't know your middleman; maybe you're both trying to scam me and viceversa
