Bugged Rank Voucher Still Not Fixed?

Has anyone who had a bugged rank voucher in Lifesteal gotten it fixed?
I had video evidence of it, submitted it and still haven't gotten my rank back.

If it's payed rank make appeal here: https://pika-network.net/payment-support/ , If it's vouchers bought in-game from players make appeal here: https://pika-network.net/bug-report/ because it might be duplicated, in case like this it's recommended to make recordings.
Be aware that after submitting appeal you need to wait few days.
